
30 Minutes Upper Body Push Day - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps with One Kettlebell HIIT TRI-Set Workout
Today is an upper body strength - Push day for chest, shoulders and triceps with a kettlebell TRI-set workout at Home. 2 circuits x 4 exercises x 3 rounds. I use one 25 lbs and one 15 lbs kettlebell for today’s workout. Each exercise is 45 sec on and 15 sec off. All right, grab a yoga mat, let’s start it now. Okay... Keep a proper healthy diet and do at least 20-30 minutes cardio and resistance workouts as your weekday routines. Relax or do stretches to recover your body on weekends.
