30 Minutes Upper Body Push Day - Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps Kettlebell TRI-Set Workout at Home

Today is another upper body strength Push day for chest, shoulders and triceps kettlebell TRI-set workout at home. 2 circuits x 4 exercises x 3 rounds. Each exercise is 45 sec on and 15 sec off. Today I use one 15 lbs kettlebell for today’s workout. All right, grab a yoga, let’s start it now. Okay... Keep a proper healthy diet and do at least 20-30 minutes cardio and resistance workouts as your weekday routines. Relax or do stretches to recover your body on weekends.
