After cutting for a little more than a month for my first bodybuilding show. I decided to have my first ever refeed day after looking a little flat for a few days. A refeed day for those wondering is a day when you eat more calories than you would normally consume on a consisten basis. For this refeed day I decided to eat around a rough guess of 4,500 calories.
