In continuation of the Intermittent fasting series from my interview with @indiatoday @millie1529 This is why intermittent fasting may not b working for you in achieving weight loss despite you over exercising and eating less ‘calories’.🏋️♀️🥬 I speak to rather frustrated patients all over the world who complain of Over exercising and eating less around your periods in the hope of dropping weight. To no avail. Infact it can v well back fire.👎🏼 Women need to sync IFs according to the time of cycle. (Read hormones) Your hormones change based on the time of your cycle.⏰ Hence I always say IF should be done only under professional guidance, because if not done correctly it can disrupt your hormonal profile. 👩🏻⚕️ Stay well
