ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS - 25 April 2021
#TheGoodShepherd #VoiceOfTheGoodShepherd #ShepherdAndSheep TOPIC: WHERE ARE YOU BEING CALLED BY GOD TO SERVE AND LOVE OTHERS? First Reading: Acts 4:8-12 Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 118:1, 8-9, 21-23, 26, 28, 29 Second Reading: Revelation 7:9, 14B-17 Alleluia: 1 John 3:1-2 Gospel: John 10:11-18 Today’s gospel reading is used each year in the 4th Sunday of every liturgical cycle. Jesus tells us that He is the good shepherd who lays down his life for his sheep. Those who believe in Him listen to His voice and obey His commands. We reflect on our role as shepherds at times as sheep at other times. This is the 383rd installment of our CFC quarantine contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings. [NOTE: All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives.
