This situation comes after His Transfiguration and healing of the epileptic boy ⏤ moments of awe and admiration for them. His disciples struggled to understand how a supposed savior of the world can meet a horrible death; not after all the miracles that He had done. Their perception of a Messiah was farther from the truth. We reflect today on our own perceptions of people. This is the 536th installment of our CFC quarantine contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.
