#TheAuthorityOfJesusQuestioned #Leadership TOPIC: WHAT KIND OF AUTHORITY DO YOU EXERCISE IN YOUR FAMILY, WORKPLACE AND COMMUNITY? First Reading: Numbers 24:2-7, 15-17A Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 25:4-5AB, 6 and 7BC, 8-9 Alleluia: Psalms 85:8 Gospel: Matthew 21:23-27 We reflect today on how we use our authority in our family, workplace and community. In much the same way that Jesus wants God’s kingdom on earth to be filled with justice, love and peace, we, too, must endeavor to bring these to where authority has placed us. As we are given authority and responsibility, we must lead in the vision of God. In the secular world, leadership has several dimensions that are rooted in the example of leadership and authority of Jesus. This is the 615th installment of our CFC quarantine contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings. [NOTE: All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives.
