North Miami Beach Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard has a kid steal her opponent's campaign sign.

One of Paule's hired criminals-in-training nonchalantly walks past a house kicking what appears to be a soccer ball. First he smacks Phyllis Smith's sign, then Fortuna Smukler's. He quickly looks around as he kicks his ball into Jay Chernoff's sign, then casually picks it up and walks off with it. Next time smile, kid. You're on candid camera!
