Food Reintroduction After An Elimination Diet
We've provided this video to walk you through the process if you're reintroducing food either during our gut health program or at the end of a 21 day cleanse. To do the Coca Pulse Test, here's what you'll need: pulse oxymeter, timer, food to be tested, quiet & calm place to perform the test. Then follow the instructions as outlined in the video and record results for each food tested. If you're going to use the Food Journal approach instead, here are some symptoms that could show up if you have a food sensitivity (watching & journalling for 2 days per food is probably sufficient): Headaches/Migraines Anxiety/Depression Bloating/Gas/Abdominal Cramps/Constipation/Diarrhea Skin Issues (Rashes, Eczema, Psoriasis, Hives) Joint Pain (Shoulder/Knee/Spine) Brain Fog/Confusion/Memory Problems Fatigue/Weakness/Nausea Sinus or Nasal Congestion/Asthma/Hay Fever Remember, a food sensitivity can be healed so regular testing every 3 months will help you see where your body is at with previously inflammatory foods. Thanks so much for watching! Check with us at the office if you have any other questions.
