Add less crema if you don’t want your soup to look creamy color Ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp unsalted butter 1/2 small dice onion 2 minced garlic cloves 4 medium diced tomatoes 5 roasted, peeled and diced Anaheim peppers 5 large diced potatoes Salt to taste 1 tsp Black pepper Better than bouillon I used 2 Gabo or you can use chicken bouillon Corn kernels 4 cups water or broth 1 - 1 1/2 cup media crema or heavy cream 1/2 tsp oregano(optional) Cilantro 10 oz queso panela 1 serving of love💕 Want to see more of me and my family?
