The glute bridges and all the spicy variations throughout this session target the muscles around the hips and glutes, with a focus on glute max, med and min.💪🏼 This workout is for everyone, no matter your fitness level, you will benefit from this workout. 🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise.
