To make this you will need: Some pizza dough 3 wheels of brie cheese I put some caramelized onions in this but you put whatever you want EG, walnuts, cranberries, raisins, sausage, apricot jam ETC Fix some small yellow potatoes to dip, by smearing some Tsang's SDtir Fry oil and some seasoning blend( I use Rootboy Rub #1)wrapping them with bacon and grilling until the bacon is crisp. Wrap the brie(it's a good idea to cut the rind off,) with the pizza dough and grill until the dough is crispy. Cut the top off and dip and eat! Enjoy with a nice IPA! Rock On!
