Each 60 minute CKO Kickboxing class is a full body workout focusing on using the techniques of kickboxing/boxing mixed in with cross training and core building exercises. Its fast paced,and intense, but most of all it makes working out FUN! All fitness levels are welcome to jump into any class. You will be greeted with a smile and given a 15 minute orientation prior to your first class at the gym. The instructor will always pay extra attention to all new guests of the gym.
