This total body vinyasa flow class will help you improve your strength and flexibility as well as balance. This 45 min yoga class includes multiple balance poses in the main vinyasa flow sequence. To conclude the standing sequence I added half bound standing lotus. It is a pose we don't do often but a fun one to practice.
