Intermediate and Advanced: β’ Perform 4 to 6 sets of the concentration curl. β’ Aim for a duration of 20 to 30 minutes daily. β’ You can also increase/decrease the sets or duration according to your fitness level. Additional Notes: β’ Itβs advisable to perform this exercise twice a day, ideally in the morning and evening. β’ Ensure your stomach is empty for at least 2 hours before exercising.
