In this week's video, I show you how I make a vegan oil free pesto and three delicious meals suitable for weight loss: a pesto and salad sandwich, spicy vegetable rice with Mediterranean style white beans and broccoli, and pesto pasta with roasted tomato and rocket. These meals are low fat but will keep you full and satisfied as they are full of fibre and goodness. Music used is from a prepaid subscription with Epidemic Sound.
