I follow Dr. McDougall's Starch Solution and Maximum weight loss plans including 50/50 plate whenever I can. In this week's video, I show you how I make three delicious meals suitable for weight loss: Mixed berry & banana oatmeal, Courgette soup and Chinese inspired pepper and mushrooms with rice.
