Sola Scriptura - Scripture alone is the ultimate authority on all matters of doctrine -- not popes, councils, or church traditions. Sola Gratia - Grace alone, the undeserved love of God in Christ, is sufficient to save sinners -- man cannot and does not merit the love of God. Sola Fide -- Faith alone in Christ is how the righteousness of God is applied to man -- "not by works so that no one can boast" (Ephesians 2:8,9).
