Chinese Vegetable Pakora Ingredients: Carrot (julienne) 1 cup Potato (julienne) one and half cup Cabbage 1/2 cup Spinach 1/2 Cup Onion (julienne) 1 cup Gram flour 1 cup Salt 1 tsp Red chili Powder 1 tsp or as per taste Coriander powder 2 tsp Chicken powder 1/2 tsp White cumin (Dry roasted and crushed) 2 tsp Egg 1 Water 1/4 cup Oil (for frying) as required Directions: In a bowl add carrot, potato, Cabbage, Spinach, onion, Gram flour, Salt, Red chili Powder, Coriander powder, Chicken powder, White cumin (Dry roasted and crushed), Egg , Water and mix it well.
