Is Mastery Stains Ultimate bad? |Heroes Battlegrounds|

Yap: In all honesty, I believe this ultimate is bad and needs buffs. But I also believe that there needs to be something done about tp dashes. They make hitting someone with m1s in ultimate basically impossible (If they are spacing and or moving around well) and it's annoying that to hit these moves you need to do so much to even get their ragdoll cancel.
