Its not too late to soak your fruits for Black cake/Rum cake. Lets do it! These are the ingredients that I used. Ingredients : 1 cup black currants 1 cup prunes 3/4 cup dates 3/4 cup cranberries 3/4 cup cherries 1/2 cup rasins 1 stick cinnamon(optional ) 3/4 cup white rum 3/4 cup sweet wine additional 1/4 cup when finished blending Glass container for storing After blending and adding the additional1/4 cup of sweet wine.
