
Home Milled Flour 101
If you are just getting into milling your own flour at home it can be overwhelming. What type of wheat berries should you use? Can you follow the same recipe, or do you need a new one? In this video I wanted to give a super quick look at some of the wheat berries I use most often when making bread. Those are hard red and hard white. I wanted to show a super simple comparison on how much water it takes to form a dough in comparison to all purpose flour.
