
Vegan Cashew Cheesecake Recipe | Creamy & Dairy-Free Healthy Dessert

Ingredients: 3 cups, raw cashews, soaked overnight, drained and rinsed ½ cup, maple syrup 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions 1 - Spray, an 9-inch round spring form pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2 - Prepare the crust, see my recipe below. 3 - Place soaked cashews into a blender, add water, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. 4 - Pour onto crust into a 9-inch spring form pan.
