DARK CHOCOLATE CHIP AND PECAN COOKIES

So here I made something new today...Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies with Toasted Pecans. I must give credit to our neighbor, for whom I'm making this order. She suggested this combination in casual conversation. But I like to try new combinations. If you like dark chocolate, and something not too sweet...this is for you. The only thing I would change is add a little more salt...perhaps sea salt on top. Dark chocolate demands more salt.
