Huo Shan Huang Ya Yellow Tea from Teavivre PERSONAL REVIEW: Brewed with these parameters, I say this tea was super light and delicate. I had to search hard for the tasting notes, I'd say steep #3 and the "Encore" had the most flavor of subtle nutty bread dough, with light steamed leafy greens on the aroma.
