Wake up in your desired reality - Affirmation tape

Hello my lovelies!! Sooo I've heard a lot of talk about robotic affirming lately and I decided to make this affirmation tape to make it easier for anyone wanting to use robotic affirms. I sort of came up with this aff yesterday as I was going to bed, "I know I will shift when I fall asleep". For me it combines two things, number one, knowing that it will happen, so you detach from the outcome (Aka shifting here) and also convincing yourself that you will shift once you fall asleep seems like a good idea because you don't put pressure on yourself. If you shift once you fall asleep your only goal in your attempt will be to relax and mediate, therefore, you won't obsessively look for symptoms or any "signs" that you are shifting in your 3D.
