In the wet ingredients its 1 tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper, not curry powder. We are posting recipes to the Vegan Fine Facebook page as well so you can follow along Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower Dry Ingredients 2 cups of chickpea flour 1 tablespoon hot chili powder 3 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoon ground sage 1 teaspoon smoke paprika 1 teaspoon celery salt pinch of nutmeg pinch of cinnamon Wet Ingredients - Vegan Buttermilk mix 1 cup almond milk 1 tablespoon applecider vinegar 1 tablespoon curry power 2 teaspoons arrowroot starch Buffalo Sauce: 1/4-1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce 2 tablespoon melted vegan butter Breakdown the cauliflower bite size florets. Microwave for 5 minutes. Take all dry ingredients and add to your mixing bowl. Whisk to incorporate Make the vegan buttermilk put 1 cup almond milk (any non-dairy will work) and whisk in the apple cider vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes and whisk in 1 tablespoon of curry powder. Make a slurry of two tablespoons of milk with the two teaspoons of arrowroot starch. Add this to your vegan buttermilk and whisk. You are now ready to begin the coating process. Heat a deep fryer or high sided pan with 2-3 inches of oil and heat on medium high. I find peanut or vegetable oil are the best choices for this use. Do not use olive oil. Once your oil is hot begin the double dipping process with your par cooked cauliflower Start by adding your cauliflower to the wet ingredients and then into the dry ingredients. Then back into the wet mix and back into the dry. Gently lower piece into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on a plate with paper towels. Make the Buffalo coating sauce mix hot sauce and melted butter together. Dropped cooked cauliflower wings into the sauce and toss to coat. Serve with celery sticks and your favorite vegan blue cheese or Ranch dressings
