Deadlifts 315lbs (After Squats) MAX REPS (DEADSTOP)
Performing Deadlifts after doing 4-5 Sets of ASS-T0-GRASS Squats. Hamstrings were a bit fatigued. Warmed up with 135/225/275 -- hopefully that warm up was not detrimental to my strength/weakness here. Deadlifts are really mentally and physically draining. I did 365 for 6 reps not too long ago, but got sick then came back and could only get it a few reps. I believe my hips shoot up too fast when doing deadlifts. I felt no pain here or anything, but if I go too heavy for myself I may injure myself. Song used is "Cosmic Vision." This is NOT a song owned by me.
