Jack Stick DWI Arrest Dash Cam Video - DWI Behavior

On September 11th, 2012, Jack Stick, the Deputy Inspector General for Enforcement for the Texas Health and Human Service Commission Office of the Inspector General was arrested in Austin for DWI. Stick is a former Texas state Rep and municipal court judge. This is part of the Austin police dash cam video in which the Austin police officer outlines his reasons for stopping Stick and questioning him about his drinking that night.
