Equipment Used: Weights Step (or Floor) This workout follows the ladder structure to keep things challenging for your muscles. You’ll complete 3 Ladders, with each cycle focusing on building strength and sculpting your body. All of the exercises are compound movements, working as many muscles at the same time as possible.
