10 MINUTE BOOTY WORKOUT at HOME | NO REPEAT with RESISTANCE BAND

This 10 minute banded glute workout is the perfect addition to your primary workout or if you simply don’t have much time but want a little something to get your body moving! The timer is set for 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest and we only do each exercise ONE time, so push through each move! All you will essentially need is a mat and a resistance band! This workout can be completed without the resistance band if you don’t have one or want/need to modify!
