Great Themes of the Old Testament | Man's Relation to the Environment - Caleb discusses what the Old Testament teaches about man's relation to the environment, the physical world around us. That would involve plants, animals, minerals, the atmosphere, all of our physical surroundings. There is a great controversy today because there are those who say that everything else in our environment is equally as valuable at humans; that humans have no special place in the world. So, according to this belief, we dare not suggest that we can use the environment for our benefit. Caleb refutes this belief as taught by the Old Testament.
