Overnight Police Chase Ends on Western Hills Viaduct

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - An overnight police chase went through several tri-state neighborhoods and ended with a crash on the Western Hills Viaduct.A Colerain Township officer initiated the pursuit on Colerain Avenue near Kirby Avenue about 4:15 a.m. Sunday morning. The driver of the pursued vehicle tried running away after crashing on the viaduct near Spring Grove Avenue.Officers were able to get the suspect in custody. It's still not clear why the Colerain Township officer tried to stop the driver in the first place.
