O Holy Night, Cantique De Noël, With Chords And Lyrics, English And French!

I'm a big fan of traditional Christmas Carols like O Holy Night, by Adolphe Adam in 1855 with French text by Placide Cappeau and English translation by John Sullivan Dwight! You can follow my strumming pattern or your own style and just play and or sing along! Have fun! I've arrange this for the ukulele so that it will be easy and fun to learn on your own at home by using the Time stamp or Chapter markers on this video. Strumming technique: So the ukulele version above in the key of "Eb" is a version that I decided to arrange for the ukulele using my right hand picking or strumming style: thump, index finger, middle finger and ring finger. There is a pattern for how to use this picking version so I'll have to assign numbers to the fingers and string of the ukulele accordingly. Thump is 1 on the G string, index is 2 on the C string, middle is 3 on the E string and ring is 4 on the A string. The pattern is: 1,3,2,4,3,2 You can practice this pattern on the strings with out any chords so that your fingers will get stronger, and more agile. When you play the chords you have to repeat the pattern twice or once. So if I play the chord "Eb" the pattern should look like this: (1,3,2,4,3,2,)and (1,2,3,2,4,2,3,4,) and then the next chord or it could just be once (1,3,2,4,3,2,) . Repeat this pattern all the way to the end of the song. For arrangement purposes don't be confused if my left hand moves to a different position of the Eb chord.
