These healthy cookies can be easily taken anywhere, to school, to work, on the go, to sports... 🍏 🍏 🍏 Ingredients: 150 g almonds 50 g walnuts 100 g roasted hazelnuts ground 3 medjool dates (approx. 150 g) approx. 60 g - 150 maple syrup (depends on how moist the dried fruit is) 130 g dried soft apricots optional: pinch of salt Optional: melted chocolate without sugar to decorate Recipe for homemade sugar free chocolate / carob ganache :    • 3 ingredients and 5 minutes NO FUSS R...   Coconut oil (other tasteless) oil for the tray, for the hands and for the cookie cutter. Bake for 10 minutes at 175 / 180 °C, then for another 10 minutes at very low temperature ( 100 -120 ° C). Watch out for not getting burnt on the surface! Adjust temperatur if necessary.
