Smooth like butter. ♥︎ I needed "the perfect" neck and back routine since I got tightness and pain in those areas lately. So I created this lovely workout which focusses on correcting the posture and bending our body into the right direction. It mobilizes the spine, opens the chest and stretches shoulders, neck and back. A good posture will make you look taller, fitter and more confident of course. Do this workout every day and you'll see results very fast! In about 2 weeks you should have improved your posture and should already see a difference! :) ▪️ Recommendations: • You can do this routine every day after any kind of workout, anytime when you feel like you've sat for too long in front of your screens, in the morning or before you go to bed.
