This beautiful blackberry upside-down cake is super simple to make. It's ready to bake in just 15 minutes, with melted butter speeding the process up. The cake is made extra special with lemon zest, vanilla and the pudding-like berry top. The hardest bit? Waiting for the cake to cool before you eat it.
