If you like, please SUBSCRIBE to see new recipes - / @louscleaneats 🍴serves 2 🍞 Ingredient’s 2 cups of flaxseed meal 1 tbsp of baking powder 1 tsp of baking soda 1/2 tsp of salt 1 cup of warm water 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar Sprinkle of pumpkins seeds, almonds and pecans to finish. 📝 Preparation instructions: Mix together dry ingredients. Mix in wet ingredients. Mix into a dough and shape. Place into a tin and garnish. Use a standard loaf pan 9x5 inches. Bake at 180C/356F for 60 -70 mins. 💡Cooking tips: Allow the loaf to cool before slicing. Keeps well when wrapped and stored in the fridge for 3-5 days.
