Thank you so much for being here :) This short 30 Minute Vinyasa yoga flow is suitable for someone with an existing yoga practice. I recommend having blocks or equivalent to support you in this yoga flow and as always listening to your body. We will be connecting Mind & Body and working towards the optional peak pose of bird of paradise. Starting the class with a mudra and intention as we ground into the practise. We will flow through poses such as Gomukasana, Extended Side Angle, Standing Split and more.
