I Did 100 Push Ups a Day Until I Recovered, Here’s what I learned…
After not leaving the house for 3 weeks, with no legs to rely on, I came across this challenge and wanted to prove something to myself. I know that I have good discipline, but is it enough to do 100 Push Ups Everyday for 30 days. 3000 Press Ups in 1 month. I am usually pretty confident about these but just 3 weeks post surgery, I am not as sure as I would like to be. I loved making this video, taking me about 30 hours to edit.
