#TheDisciplesAndTheSabbath #Laws #Love #Stubbornness TOPIC: ARE YOU TOO STUBBORN TO CHANGE YOUR VIEWPOINT? First Reading: 1 Samuel 16:1-13 Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 89:20, 21-22, 27-28 Alleluia: Ephesians 1:17-18 Gospel: Mark 2:23-28 We can become rigid and inflexible in our understanding of things. We can fail to consider the perspective of others and use everything in our means to defend our position. Our stubbornness prevents us from loving others. We can be too law-centered at the expense of loving the people God has given us. When we fail to love, the road to holiness can become long and arduous. This is the 651st installment of our CFC quarantine contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings. [NOTE: All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives.
