SOUNDBITE: (English) Michael Kielty, Defense attorney: "I know that in this county, it's a relatively small county, it's a close-knit community and the victim is a member of that community, as his his family. And I think it really hits home and when you have a couple hundred news people down here and they're hearing about it day in and day out. Local, metropolitan, national and international news, I mean, I think it would make it next to impossible to have a fair jury in this county." 5. Various of court STORYLINE: Pizzeria worker Michael Devlin pleaded not guilty to charges at a Missouri on Thursday of kidnapping two boys who were found last week in his apartment Devlin appeared before the court via video phone to enter a plea of not guilty. The boys, 15-year-old Shawn Hornbeck, was abducted more than four years ago, and 13-year-old Ben Ownby was taken after getting off his school bus but was found after four days. The boys were found when investigators looking for Ben went into Devlin's apartment in the St. Louis suburb of Kirkwood, Missouri. Defense attorneys in the case argue that the high profile nature of this case will make it difficult for Devlin to receive a fair trial in Franklin County. Devlin's trial is set to begin on March 15th.
