Even though my muscles are burning and I'm sweating profusely while doing it... listening to her songs makes the time fly by and I feel so much better mentally & physically once I finish it. I hope that is the same for anyone who tries this 20 minute cardio workout to taylor swift too :) I did structure this taylor swift workout a bit differently as I tried to really time the exercises to the tempo of the song better than I have before. Meaning, some 45 second intervals have two exercises (a slow version of the exercise and a fast version of the exercise).
