
I Ran 30 Minutes A Day For 30 Days *Here's How It Went*
Here's what I've been doing for the last month. I felt bored with my running after completing my half marathon and decided to attempt a running challenge. I successfully ran 30 minutes a day for 30 days and have never felt better (or worse). I had a good time doing this running challenge but halfway through my body was craving a rest day. My body did start to get slightly sore as well but I had the promise of a hot bath on day 30 to keep me going. It improved my running, specifically my speed and how easy it was to start running faster. Overall, this was very hard on my body and I'm not sure I can recommend it to others...with that said I will probably do this same challenge again in the distant future. Attempt at your own risk.
