
5 minute Keto Eggs with Salmon - High Protein, Low Calorie Special
Back with another high protein low calorie special π Simple Low Calorie, High Protein Eggs - this is my favourite breakfast. Itβs low carb, high fat, high protein, low overall calories and is really filling. You can survive a whole day or two on this one meal if you choose to! Need help achieving your goals? Book a call: https://calendly.com/andy-holt Reading list: https://andyholt.co.uk/reading-list For anyone counting time thinking itβs a 7 minute video, its 5 minutes from when I start cooking after the intro ; ) Ingredients: βββββββββββββββββββββββββββ 3 eggs (organic preferred) 1/2 brown onion 1/2 bell pepper (any colour) 100g smoked salmon 30g feta cheese 7.5ml avocado oil (small dash) Spices: βββββββββββββββββββββββββββ Black pepper Cayenne pepper Garlic Pink Himalayan salt (add after cooking) Additional notes: βββββββββββββββββββββββββββ β I use avocado oil or coconut oil for cooking. You can use olive oil, just remember to drop the heat if you do. π‘ Useful tip: I take activated charcoal in my supplements which helps to remove any heavy metals from salmon or other fish such as tuna. This will depend on where the salmon comes from but I take the supplement anyway as there are other benefits as part of good health.
