Ingredients 500g cream cheese (2 cups) 100g sugar (½ cup) 3 eggs 5g vanilla powder (1 tsp) 250g heavy cream ( 1 cup) 10g flour (1 tbsp) Cake mold size: 19 cm 210 °C (410°F) for 40 min How to cook Add the room temperature cream cheese and sugar to the bowl and whisk until well combined. Add the eggs one by one and mix until the egg disappears completely Add vanilla powder. Add the cold heavy cream and flour to another bowl whisk until the cream thickens. Add the cream to cheese mixture. Mix until well combined making sure to scrape down the bowl. Transfer to a cake mold lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven at 210 degrees for 40 minutes. When the cake is brown and almost burnt looking, turn the oven off. Let it start to cool by leaving it out on the counter. Chill the cheesecake at least 1 hour in the refrigerator (overnight is even better). It is ready to serve.
