This easy-to-make Indian pancake is perfect for breakfast, a light meal, or even a lunchbox snack. ⭐ Ingredients: • 1 cup yellow moong dal (soaked for 2-3 hours) • ½ inch ginger • 1 green chili • ½ tsp cumin seeds • Salt to taste • ½ tsp turmeric powder • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves • ¼ cup finely chopped onions (optional) • ¼ cup finely chopped tomatoes (optional) • ¼ cup grated carrots (gajar) • ¼ cup boiled and mashed green peas (matar) • Oil for cooking ⭐ Instructions: 1. Soak & Grind: Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours, drain the water, and blend it with ginger, green chili, cumin, salt, and a little water to make a smooth batter. 2. Prepare the Batter: Transfer the batter to a bowl and mix in turmeric, coriander, onions, tomatoes, grated carrots, and mashed green peas. Stir well. 3. Cook the Chilla: Heat a non-stick pan, grease with oil, and pour a ladle of batter. Spread evenly. 4. Flip & Cook: Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. 5.
