In this video, I will take you guys through a full day of eating while bulking. To be in a caloric surplus I need 4000 calories, and I'll show you how I manage to do so. Currently, I'm transitioning from my maintaining/recovering period in which I was trying my best to maintain my muscle mass, into a bulking phase. Therefore, I increased my daily calories and I'm eating 4000 calories right now. It's a lot of volume in those 4000 calories, mainly because 90% of the food is clean. I try my best to incorporate many vegetables and fibers (even though I ran out of them in this video). When bulking, nutrition is key and not skipping meals is crucial. Every day you need to be in a caloric surplus to put on muscle. Buy in bulk, cook in bulk, prepare everything in advance and you will make progress.
