I am so excited to take you through this all standing, no repeat cardio workout LOVE SONG EDITION!! I just got ENGAGED (!!!) to my boyfriend of 8 years and I wanted to celebrate this chapter of my life by doing this fun workout with songs about love :) We are exercising to love songs from Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Lauv, Jubel, Florida Georgie Line, Bebe Rexha, and James Arthur! Dance and sing with me as we sweat together! This standing hiit workout was a challenging one but it will fly by as you sing to the songs. The 18 minutes includes an all standing warm-up in the beginning and an all standing cool down after the workout. As always, I like to include a low impact version of every jumping exercise so please swap out any hiit exercises for the no jumping version!
