This intermediate yoga flow offers active flexibility paired with longer holds and deep stretches, which is the perfect combo to deepen your hip flexibility or master your splits. Grab your props if needed! In this class, we’ll focus on key muscle groups for leg and hip flexibility: Quads + Hip Flexors: Stretch the muscles supporting the pelvis and core. Glutes + External Rotators: Open the hips and release tension in the glutes. Hamstrings: Deep stretches here are crucial for splits and leg mobility.
